We are a Small Family Owned and Operated business, We’re generally working and may not be able to answer all calls in a timely manner. we always suggest other means of contact which allows us to read and respond between jobs and after hours where we can, usually allowing a much quicker response. all forms of contact will be responded to in the order they were received, please allow us up to 48 hours for a call back and up to 24 hours for texts and emails. Response times may vary during holidays and nonwork days

As of January 1st 2025 our hourly rate is $178.50 per technician, as a safety precaution and to reduce time on your job we typically have 2 technicians respond which starts our service calls at $357. if you request for only one technician to come we do charge a hazard fee for working alone of $26 it could also increase the time spent working on your issue and you may have to wait a longer period of time to fit into our working schedule, but we can accommodate any requests for single technician responses

We offer a warranty on our work for 30 days after the work has been completed. We cannot offer warranty on parts or appliances, most appliances require you to go to the location of purchase or the manufacturer themselves for warranty. to get more details on what we can and can’t warranty click the button below
