What we can warranty
Our warranty is good for 30 days after the work has been completed
Our work - We can warranty our work, meaning that if something wasn’t tightened enough or some other event in which we as a person made a mistake or failed to provide our best service. we will come and fix our mistake for free. If you’re unsure if there’s something wrong with the work we’ve done or if it’s the parts, material, or appliances we’ve installed we will come and inspect the issue free of charge and can direct you on the next step of securing warranty through the wholesaler or manufacturer if warranty is applicable.
When seeking warranty through wholesalers or manufacturers some may cover the costs of a plumber to replace the damaged goods, some cover the costs entirely, some partially and some not at all. it is very rare we have faulty products. since 2016 we’ve only had to seek manufacturer warranty a total of 5 out of thousands of products freshly installed. in these cases our work wasn’t the issue so we do bill for the replace or repair of such product, which is why we urge people to speak to wholesaler or manufacturer to try and get some form of remuneration from the company who caused the issue.
some products warranties can last years for specific parts and appliances, we always suggest keeping the books to all appliances and signing up for any warranties available to cover unforeseen issues when applicable.
